Net profit fast food restaurant chain McDonald's Corp. 9 months of 2010 rose by 11% - to 3.70 billion dollars compared with 3.33 billion dollars, received for the same period a year earlier. This was reported in the financial report published today by the company, RBC reports.
Revenue in January-September this year increased by 6% and amounted to 17.86 billion dollars against 16.77 billion dollars a year earlier. Operating profit reached 5.6 billion dollars, an increase of 12% compared with last year's figure of 5.01 billion dollars
In III quarter 2010 net income of McDonald's was 1.39 billion dollars, up 10% compared to 1.26 billion dollars recorded in III quarter 2009 revenues for the last quarter increased by 4% to 6.3 billion dollars, while during the same period a year earlier the company received proceeds of $ 6.05 billion USD Operating profit for the quarter reached 2.1 billion dollars, exceeding by 8% last year's figure, fixed at 1 , $ 9 billion
Quarterly earnings per share of McDonald's without the effect of exchange rate differences amounted to 1.32 dollars in the consensus forecast of analysts at 1.25 dollars per share.
