The participants of the Forum were invited to the excursion prepared by the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry for Ukraine. A visit to the Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant was one of the provided options.
Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant is the most advanced dairy entrepreneurship in Eastern Europe built in compliance with standards of the International Dairy Federation and EU directives. A total of USD 32 million was invested in constructing and equipping Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant.
Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant was the first to launch the production of premium milk products in Ukraine under “Premialle” trademark. Moreover, it is the only producer of milk mixtures for the cocktails and ice cream supplied to McDonald’s in Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The plant is equipped with НАССР, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards under which the product quality and safety are controlled.
Bila Tserkva Dairy Plant is considered a state-of-the-art dairy plant of Ukraine and Eastern Europe. To assure in this, during 2012 official government delegations and representatives of business community from Ukraine and abroad – Iran, the Netherlands, China, Japan and other countries visited the plant. The plant experts regularly hold excursions during which they share details considering the most up-to-date approaches to making traditionally natural and tasty milk products.
