On August 14-16, 2013 the EEIG in Ukraine held an investment training for state functionaries. The training was organized with the support of Kiev oblast state administration.
Directors of economic departments of district state administrations of Kiev oblast were invited to participate in the event lasting for 3 days. The total number of participants amounted to 15 people.
The training sought to provide state functionaries with theoretic and practical knowledge about the main functions and general idea of investment management, standards of investment projects development as well as indices of their efficiency, risks modeling and investment projects management. It was held by Ivan Buntov, Director of the department on Certification and Consulting of the EEIG in Ukraine and his assistant Alena Rubelska.
The studying process was active: theory was interchanged with practice providing for the design of training investment projects by every of the participants of the training as well as their presentation in presence of the EEIG in Ukraine expert team. Such a training format allows the experts of state administrations to assess the indices, content and potential of investment projects offered to local authorities by business sector with the aim of their development on the territory of oblast, district.
After the event and the successful assessment of knowledge, the participants were granted the Certificates of achievements of the European Economic Chamber of trade, Commerce and Industry in Ukraine. All of them expressed their gratitude for an opportunity to get new knowledge and skills in investment projects development and management.
