Stanislav Grigorskiy, the President of the European Economic Chamber of Trade, Commerce and Industry in Ukraine met with Sergii Kravchenko, Lugansk City Mayor. The meeting aimed at signing a memorandum on cooperation and discussing the details of further mutually beneficial collaboration.
Sergii Kravchenko underlined that Lugansk is interested in the international exchange of experience, foreign investment attraction and regional development of tourism industry: "Lugansk enterprises should develop work strategies geography, if they are aiming at export performance growth to Europe, as well as undergo certification procedures of products and services pursuant to European quality standards in order to access to international markets".
In turn, Stanislav Grigorskiy expressed his confidence that their mutual cooperation will yield positive results.
The outcome of the meeting witnessed the signing of the Memorandum which would provide for the commencement of further beneficial cooperation.
The representatives of European institution had been visiting Lugansk many a time and oft and hold a training course for city council and utility enterprises’ specialists here.
Lugansk Mayor made a good point on the workshop usefulness and practicality, as the knowledge gained within the training will help considerably the trainees to negotiate with the financial and investment institutions in a more confident way.
