March 11, 2014 at the European Economic Chamber EEIG in Ukraine a meeting between Mrs. Victoriia Lisnycha, Vice - President of the European Economic Chamber and Mr. Oleksandr Ivanchuk, CEO of Hetton Assets LP, who has been forging many years foreign economic cooperation of Ukraine with complex but rich in natural resource countries: Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Angola, and Nigeria. Under his leadership Business Councils had been created and keep successfully operating been coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine: Ukraine - Pakistan, Ukraine - Iran etc.
The meeting of business representatives of Hetton Assets LP and the European Economic Chamber EEIG in Ukraine was also attended by Mrs. Nataliia Galdeieva, Director of Foreign Economic Relations at Hetton Assets LP, Mr. Ivan Buntov, Director of International Cooperation Department at EEIG in Ukraine and Ms. Aliona Rubelska, Associate President at the European Economic Chamber EEIG in Ukraine.
The purpose of the meeting was focused on determination of the vectors of partnership and particular participation of the European Economic Chamber in the project "Ukraine - Republic of Angola. Promising ways of cooperation", and engagement of the Chamber’s partners to work together in it.
Geographic information: Angola - an independent state in the south- west Africa, rich in oil, diamonds, iron ore, bauxite, phosphates, gypsum, gold, uranium metals, copper, titanium, manganese.
During the meeting Mr. Olexandr Ivanchuk reported that three official visits of Ukrainian delegation to Angola had already taken place in the past year, and in March of this year (March 22-30) the next visit of Ukrainian businessmen will be held in Luanda, the capital of Angola.
The meetings with following authorities are planned: Administration of the President, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence, police, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Angola, some provincial governors and others.
As of today, a delegation, on which ULII, "Terra Food" corporation, «Ukroboroneksport and other organizationsserve, is still forming. Mr. Stanislav Grigorskiy, the President of the European Economic Chamber in Ukraine, and other distinguished representatives, Chamber’s business - partners interested in entering the Angolan market were also invited to serve on a delegation.
